Summary of Position:

Oversee product quality and operational standards. Direct marketing efforts and adapt to market conditions. Manage and train other managers. Manage sales and profitability, and oversee the budget and reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities:

ยท Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.

ยท Ensure that all products are high quality and prepared and served following set standards.

ยท Ensure restaurant achieves objectives in sales, profitability, service, quality, appearance of facility, and sanitation/cleanliness.

ยท Develops and ensures execution of monthly marketing plan.

ยท Continually strive to develop staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.

ยท Train and develop new managers.

ยท Make employment and termination decisions.

ยท Conduct manager/staff meetings.

ยท Manage shifts as needed.

ยท Oversee and ensure that Wings Etc. policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis.

ยท Be knowledgeable of Wings Etc. policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules, and procedures.

ยท Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, liquor, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.

Qualifications:

ยท Have knowledge of service, food, and beverage, generally involving at least three years and/or assistant management positions.

ยท Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system.

ยท Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

ยท Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

ยท Must have the stamina to work 45 to 60 hours per week.

ยท Must be able to attain and maintain a valid Liquor Permit
