  • Generate creative engagement initiatives and campaigns to inspire community involvement, promoted through email, social media, and other platforms
  • Write and publish blog and news posts for the Our House website to spotlight clients, programs, events, and community impact stories
  • Work closely with the Volunteer Coordinator to align community outreach efforts and integrate volunteers into broader engagement strategies

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in donor cultivation, fundraising, or community engagement is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate a wide range of individuals
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; able to work effectively across teams and with diverse community partners
  • A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and see them through to completion
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving systems and growing impact
  • A collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and deep commitment to the mission and values of Our House
