Job description


Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a Hotel Marketing Director for a client in Southern California.
The Work:
  • Create and lead marketing strategy for a luxury brand hotel with multiple F&B outlets
  • Traditional and non-traditional marketing techniques
  • Manage reputation platforms, digital marketing strategy, PR, Community outreach +
  • Manage, hire, train, lead and delegate marketing staff and vendors
  • Special events creation
  • Website and social media management
  • Other duties as requested

What you've already done (requirements):
  • 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Director with a full service independent luxury and/or upper scale independent hotel
  • Online and traditional marketing
  • PR and Community marketing
  • Event planning is a plus
  • Content management and web analytics
  • Oral communicator at all levels internally and externally
  • Ability in written communications
  • Team player with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellence in business ethics and integrity
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred

Compensation:
  • Yearly salary base range of 100k - 130k plus bonus.

Location:
  • Office located on property in Orange County. Potential for hybrid.
