Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies-from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups-use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The Analyst Relations team creates experiences for the analyst audience that build advocacy and trust, strengthen relationships, and generate insights that inform Stripe's product and go-to-market strategy. Different from other Analyst Relations teams, our team crafts high-quality content and builds deep partnerships across product, sales, and marketing to give analysts an accurate, nuanced picture of how Stripe operates and where we're headed.
This is a unique opportunity for a collaborative marketer who excels at translating complex fintech concepts and synthesizing market feedback into accessible insights that sharpen Stripe's strategy.
What you'll do
As a member of the Analyst Relations team, you'll own the global analyst relations strategy for Stripe's key industry verticals and emerging categories. You'll build trusted relationships with analysts and be excited about sharing the technical craft and business strategy behind Stripe.
You'll design and deliver programs that maximize influencer and customer awareness, consideration and recommendation of Stripe's products and services globally. Your analyst program will be aimed at influencing the creation and definition of new market categories and Stripe's inclusion within them.
Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver programs that maximize influencer and customer awareness, consideration and recommendation of products and services across Stripe industries, specifically retail, and emerging categories including embedded finance
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key analysts across firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and industry-specific firms
  • Craft clear, differentiated narratives aligned to market trends
  • Lead strategy, preparation, and execution of analyst evaluations and research cycles, ensuring high-quality submissions and effective cross-functional workstreams
  • Prepare senior leaders for high-impact analyst engagements with tailored insights and executive-ready materials
  • Synthesize analyst insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy and go-to-market alignment
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Stripe product and marketing leaders, providing expert guidance on market sentiment
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in analyst relations, product communications, or a product marketing role
  • Experience managing analyst evaluations and research cycles, including submissions for major analyst reports
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to develop clear, market-facing narratives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating materials for senior executive audiences
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
  • Experience running executive communications and briefing preparation programs
