Analyst Relations Manager
We are seeking a proactive Analyst Relations Manager to join our Product Marketing organization on a contract to hire basis. In this role, you will build and scale relationships with key analysts and advisory firms-such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and industry-specific boutiques. You will position o9 as the market leader in AI-powered enterprise supply chain planning, driving favorable positioning in major industry evaluations and channeling market intelligence back into our executive strategy. Successful contract performers will have a direct path to full-time conversion.

What you'll do for us...

  • Briefings & Messaging: Plan and deliver strategic briefings to keep supply chain and enterprise AI analysts informed of o9's product innovations, strategy, and customer successes.

  • Evaluations & Positioning: Lead end-to-end preparation for major research reports (e.g., Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes) to secure top-tier market positioning and endorsements.

  • Feedback & Market Intelligence: Proactively capture feedback from advisory analysts, translating those insights into actionable guidance for internal product and go-to-market teams.

  • Events & Advisory Programs: Conceptualize and host tailored analyst roundtables, briefings, and advisory meetings at o9 events and industry summits.

  • Market Education: Educate research analysts on market shifts, positioning o9 as a central innovator in supply chain and enterprise decision-making.

What you'll have...

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • Experience: 8+ years in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, or Corporate Communications within enterprise B2B SaaS, ideally with exposure to supply chain platforms.

  • Analyst Knowledge: Strong familiarity with major research methodologies (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and established rapport within the supply chain analyst community.

  • Communication: Exceptional narrative-building and presentation skills tailored to executive and analyst audiences.

  • Mindset: Highly organized self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

This position at o9 Solutions has an annual salary range of $127,345-$175,099.
