Job description

Prominence Advisors is actively seeking a Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in identifying and attracting top talent, helping us continue to build a team known for excellence, execution, and impact. You'll partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to support hiring strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
At Prominence, you'll be part of a disruptive force in the Healthcare IT space-one that's redefining expectations for both clients and employees. Our culture is built on transparency, collaboration, and delivering results, and we're proud to be consistently recognized for our workplace and innovation, including being named a top 10 Best Small Firm to work for by Consulting magazine.
Who We Are
Prominence is a healthcare and life sciences technology and consulting firm dedicated to helping leading organizations do more with their data. With deep expertise across the full ecosystem - spanning providers, payers, and life sciences - we turn complex data into actionable insight.
We deliver a full spectrum of services, including advisory, analytics, optimization, and IT staffing. Our work helps organizations operate more efficiently, improve patient outcomes, and deliver measurable financial impact through smarter use of data. Recognized as a 2x Best in KLAS organization, we partner with more than 120 health systems and 40 life sciences organizations, including 7 of the top 10 U.S. News & World Report-ranked institutions.
Through our life sciences brands, Tegra Analytics and WLH Consulting & Learning Solutions, we extend these capabilities to pharmaceutical and biotech organizations - combining data, consulting, and learning to advance commercial excellence.
By connecting strategy, data, and execution, we help organizations translate data into clarity, strategy into action, and vision into measurable results. At our core, we are a people-first, values-driven organization that believes strong teams and trusted partnerships are what ultimately make healthcare and life sciences smarter.
Your RoleAs a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will own and execute the end-to-end recruiting process across a variety of roles, with a strong emphasis on analytics, healthcare IT, Epic, and life sciences talent. You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership, ensuring alignment between business needs and talent strategy.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates across technical and consulting roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, build thoughtful recruiting strategies, and advise on market trends and talent availability
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, with a focus on analytics, Epic-certified talent, and life sciences professionals
  • Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare IT recruiting, including Epic applications, data and analytics roles, and life sciences domains
  • Drive a best-in-class candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a seamless interview process from start to finish
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Prominence, effectively articulating our value proposition and differentiators to candidates
  • Contribute to and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance Prominence's presence in the market and attract top-tier talent
  • Leverage recruiting data and analytics to track pipeline health, identify trends, and continuously optimize recruiting strategies and processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Sales, and Delivery teams to align recruiting efforts with broader organizational goals

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical recruiting within healthcare or consulting environments
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for healthcare IT roles, including Epic-certified professionals, analytics talent, and/or life sciences roles
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, including provider systems, data platforms, and clinical applications
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions and shaping talent strategies
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced talent sourcing tools and techniques
  • Experience leveraging recruiting metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment preferred

Success Measures
Success in this role is defined by the ability to consistently deliver high-quality talent quickly while strengthening Prominence's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Build strong, trust-based partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a true advisor rather than an order-taker
  • Consistently deliver high-quality candidates aligned to both technical requirements and cultural values
  • Demonstrate expertise in niche areas including Epic, healthcare analytics, and life sciences recruiting
  • Maintain a healthy, proactive pipeline that supports both immediate hiring needs and long-term growth
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Prominence's commitment to professionalism and respect
  • Contribute to a strong employer brand that attracts "smart, hungry, and humble" talent
  • Use data and insights to continuously refine recruiting strategies and improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Exhibit professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
  • Professionalism: Builds trust through integrity, accountability, and consistent follow-through
  • Strategic Mindset: Aligns recruiting efforts with business goals and anticipates future talent needs
  • Analytical Thinking: Uses data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Communication: Clearly and effectively conveys information to candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Collaboration: Works cross-functionally to achieve shared goals and deliver results
  • Drive for Excellence: Demonstrates a high standard of quality, ownership, and execution in all aspects of work

This role is ideal for a recruiter who is equal parts strategist and executor-someone who thrives on building relationships, solving complex hiring challenges, and playing a meaningful role in scaling a high-performing organization.
