RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source and build a robust talent pipeline through creative recruiting strategies to attract both passive and non-passive candidates to ALLO opportunities.
  • Be the face of ALLO by building community relationships and promoting our brand.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure seamless and successful hiring outcomes.
  • Act as a culture champion, ensuring every hire aligns with ALLO's values.
  • Manage the hiring process from screening, interviews and offers.
  • Stay compliant with employment laws and company policies.

EDUCATION:

  • College degree or equivalent experience


EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years in high-volume or technical recruiting
  • Plus proven experience recruiting for a broad spectrum of roles, ranging from high-volume hiring to technical and sales positions


SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Solution-focused to implement creative strategies to bring top talent to ALLO
  • Independent, self-motivated, and highly organized
  • Clear communicator with exceptional time management
