Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Nashville, TN
Job Type: Full-time


Job Overview:

We're looking for a passionate BCBA to join our team in Nashville. In this role, you'll work directly with children on the autism spectrum, leading treatment plans, supervising staff, and promoting a therapeutic environment for both clients and their families.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior strategies to teach appropriate behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors.

  • Supervise and support clinical staff and technicians.

  • Collaborate with families and clients in treatment planning.

  • Stay current with ABA research and best practices.

  • Manage a caseload of 7-10 clients.

  • Participate in training programs and model ABA techniques.


Qualifications:

  • BCBA Certification in good standing.

  • 8-hour supervision training per BACB requirements (or willing to complete).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA or allied health.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
