Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring compassionate and ethical practice that adheres to professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state-issued license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) allowing you to work independently without supervision.
• No disciplinary actions or limitations on your license.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathetic engagement and effective communication with clients.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to utilize telehealth platforms on a reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities.
• A dependable internet connection for seamless video conferencing and client interaction.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies and a strong understanding of mental health conditions prevalent among adults.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a clinical caseload efficiently, optimizing time and treatment strategies.
