Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) & Behavior Technicians (BTs) — HopeNest ABA
Locations: Stafford, VA & Fairfax, VA | Pay: $23–$27/hour


HopeNest ABA is growing, and we're looking for caring, dependable people to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children and families. If you love working with kids and want a role where you can see your impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.


As an RBT or BT, you'll provide one-on-one ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children, helping them build communication, social, and daily life skills. You'll work directly with each child under the guidance of a BCBA, following individualized treatment plans and celebrating progress along the way.

RBTs: Active RBT certification (BACB) preferred
BTs: No certification required — we'll support you on the path to becoming an RBT
High school diploma or equivalent (some college or a related degree is a plus)
Reliability, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children thrive
Prior experience with children or in ABA is helpful but not required — we provide training
