Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bilingual Spanish Recruiter to support operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating candidates, client maintenance, maintaining employee records, and providing bilingual support to applicants and employees. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with candidates and employees in both languages (verbal and written)
  • Schedule, orientations, and work assignments
  • Maintain accurate employee files and staffing records
  • Respond to candidate and employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support timekeeping, and attendance tracking as needed
  • Coordinate with clients to meet staffing needs and deadlines
  • Perform general administrative duties related to staffing operations
  • Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and provide staffing solutions
  • Support compliance with employment laws, safety guidelines, and company policies
  • Source candidates using job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach

Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak fluently)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ year of experience in staffing, Human Resources and Recruiting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar systems

Preferred Skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
