Description

American Lumper Services is a growing Nationwide Warehouse Management company that is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Recruiter to work with our management team to keep adequate staffing. Candidate must be reliable and have excellent organizational and time management skills, along with exceptional communication skills. This is an in-person position. Must be available to start immediately.


Shift:

Sunday-Thursday, 8 am-4 pm (schedule might change during peak)


Pay rate:

$19/hr. (weekly pay on Fridays)

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Targeting and contacting multiple candidates daily
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Conducting in-person and or phone interviews
  • Scheduling interviews for the supervisors
  • Extend job offers
  • Organizing and tracking the onboarding process
  • Conducting new hire orientations
  • Tracking attendance and payroll
  • Running background checks
  • Working with on-site managers to keep staffing levels at appropriate levels
  • Working with HR to process new hires and terminations
  • Other duties as assigned
