Huntleigh, USA has an immediate opening for a Bi-Lingual Recruiter; Full Time, Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and energetic Bi-Lingual Recruiter to join our team.
Recruiter
The position reports directly to the General Manager and will also support the Regional Director
Main Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
  • Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
  • Communicate regularly with HR Support team to assess candidate pipeline/onboarding
  • Processing applicants, new hire, and employee transactions through the human resources information system
  • Any other duties as requested by the HR Director and General Manager

Qualifications:
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High-Volume recruitment experience and passion for the people
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • 1-2 Years Experience with recruitment databases, Paycom, and LinkedIn promotion tactics preferred, but not required.

Location:
  • This is NOT a remote position; Recruiter will be stationed at the assigned location

Education:
  • High School Diploma and GED. equivalent experience in Human Resources,

  • Two+ years of recruitment experience preferred.
  • Experience in recruiting for airport facility maintenance, preferred but not required
