Primary Responsibilities:
- Sell our Construction Staffing Services to Contractors
- Pursue New Business by Cold Calling and other Avenues
- Maintain and Nurture Relationships With and Service Of New and Existing Customers
- Negotiate mutually Beneficial terms with Contractors
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of Outside Sales Experience preferred
- Self Starter with Strong Interpersonal Skills and Strong Work Ethic
- Strong Cold Calling Ability
- Competitive Mindset with affinity toward Teamwork
- Construction Sales experience preferred but not required (We Will Train the Right Person!)
