SUMMARY

The Spa Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of all spa facilities during non-operational hours. This role focuses solely on ensuring the spa environment is spotless, well-stocked, and prepared for the next day of guest services.

This position works either early morning or late evening hours while the spa is closed, and does not require guest interaction, computer work, or booking responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within a luxury spa environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned.

Clean and sanitize all spa facilities including treatment rooms, locker rooms, relaxation lounges, and common areas.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all designated spa spaces.
Clean and sanitize spa equipment, treatment tables, countertops, and high-touch surfaces.
Restock towels, robes, linens, sandals, and locker room amenities.
Remove trash, used linens, and recycling from all spa areas.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen storage and supply areas.
Assist with folding robes, towels, and organizing spa inventory.
Clean and maintain locker rooms, showers, steam areas, and sauna spaces.
Ensure treatment rooms are fully reset and prepared for the next day's services.
Report any maintenance or supply needs to the Spa Manager.
Follow all sanitation, safety, and Blackberry Mountain policies and procedures.
Maintain the overall presentation standards expected of a luxury spa environment.

SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS

Work is performed outside of spa operating hours.
Shifts may be scheduled early mornings or late eveningsdepending on preference.
This position does not require guest interaction or front desk responsibilities.

Pay Range: $15.00-$16.00 per hour. Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

Must comply with all company policies and procedures.

To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required.

Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers and interact with our guests.
