Overview
This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA. Must have the ability to travel to our location in East Petersburg, PA
Responsible for the development, configuration, administration, and support for Fulton Bank's Salesforce implementation with heavy reliance on both FSC and nCino-managed packages. Lead the software design and development effort, code reviews, unit testing, deployment strategies, and development of technical documentation. Work closely with the IT Business Services Managers, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Data Management, IT Engineering, System Administration and key business partners to understand key business objectives. Drive innovation within the group in areas including development efficiencies, custom component development and third-party integration, leading-edge industry concepts and developments. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of coding standards, methodology, and processes and procedures. Mentor and train Associate Salesforce Developers and Salesforce Developers in both processes and procedures as well as coding best practices. Demonstrate personal accountability for continuous learning of industry leading practices and techniques.
Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the IT Stakeholders and key business partners to understand key business objectives and deploy adaptable, secure, and scalable solutions that meet business needs.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of coding standards, methodology, and processes and procedures. Mentor and train IT Associate Solution Developers and IT Solution Developers in both processes and procedures as well as coding best practices. Demonstrate personal accountability for continuous learning of industry leading practices and techniques.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Information systems, engineering, or other technical field. (Required)
Master's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Information systems, engineering, or other technical field. (Preferred)
Required Experience
  • 7 or more years Applications Development experience
  • 5 or more years using Salesforce Lightning, Custom Lightning Web Components, Flows and Flow Builder, APEX, APEX Test.
  • 5 or more years experience using one or more of the following Clouds: Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud
Preferred Experience
  • 7 or more years experience with web architectures, security, and technologies and development strategies for scalable applications
  • 1 or more years experience with CI/CD in a Salesforce environment, using tools such as Copado, Gearset and SF DX
  • 1 or more years experience developing nCino-based solutions
Certifications
  • Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)

Pay Transparency
To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges on all job postings regardless of state. We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $151,600.00 annually.
Additional Compensation Components
This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
