Expected Number of Hours: 50-55 per week

Sales Managers are responsible for the following expectations:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Be a Bestway brand ambassador who reflects and promotes Bestwayโ€™s commitment to have the best products at the best prices delivered by the best people in the business.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Demonstrate high energy, enthusiasm and the ambition to flourish in a fast-paced sales culture.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Have resiliency and persistence to build our customer base by prospecting to new and existing customers by telephone, on the showroom floor and in your trade area.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Be proficient at the Credit and Sales Minutes.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals in a sales based environment by enthusiastically greeting and assisting our customers attaining their wants and needs while knowledgeably answering their questions about Bestwayโ€™s products and programs.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Build great customer relationships by utilizing communication and service skills to ensure customer retention and enhance the customerโ€™s experience during all customer interactions.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Consistently seek and maintain knowledge of current products, pricing, sales promotions, flyers, policies, and sales programs with participation in meetings.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure customer files are set up and maintained properly.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  As a brand ambassador always represent yourself and your company in a professional manner.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Maintain the highest quality showroom presentation that creates a customer friendly sales environment and possess the ability to develop Sales Representatives to assist you.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Complete all other tasks assigned at the discretion of management.

Bestway will provide additional training and skill enhancement to allow Sales Manager to:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Be able to explain the rental agreement and have a thorough understanding of how it works.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Successfully lead staff and daily operations of the store in the absence of the manager.
