Requirements
  • Proven in-home sales experience (solar, roofing, HVAC, windows/doors, water treatment, home remodeling, etc.).
  • Strong face-to-face communication and objection handling skills.
  • Comfortable presenting and closing high-ticket solutions in the home.
  • Experience using iPad and Apple software for presentations, proposals, and daily operations.
  • Experience working with a CRM platform (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • No water treatment experience necessary - paid training is provided.

Primary Job Responsibilities (A Day in the Life)
  • Review your schedule, prepare materials, and follow up on leads generated through marketing, customer inquiries, and referrals
  • Conduct in-home or on-site water quality tests using Culligan technology
  • Present customized water treatment solutions based on each customer's needs
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and long-term value
  • Create proposals, walk customers through financing options, and close sales
  • Manage your sales pipeline through consistent follow-up, communication, and appointment scheduling
  • Generate new opportunities through outbound follow-up, referrals, networking, and attending scheduled sales appointments
  • Operate independently in the field and in customers' homes, managing scheduled appointments and priorities with minimal day-to-day supervision, while staying in close contact with the office by phone and text
  • Use an iPad/Salesforce to track leads, record customer interactions, and manage daily workflow
  • Coordinate with Service and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth installation and a great customer experience
  • Attend ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends
