About the Trainee Program (90-Day Contract-to-Hire)

Our paid Field Trainee program is a 90-day, hands-on learning experience designed to develop your technical skills and expose you to multiple field disciplines. You’ll contribute directly to real operations while receiving coaching, mentoring and practical training.

No oil and gas experience is required. We provide the tools, support and guidance you need to succeed.

Throughout the program, you’ll receive ongoing evaluations and feedback. Trainees who perform successfully and demonstrate alignment with our values will be considered for full-time employment at the end of the 90 days.
