Job description

The Customer Implementation Success Champion will play a fundamental role in ensuring that our customers achieve a successful go-live with McLeod Software before moving to long-term support. In this role, you'll partner closely with both customers and internal implementation teams to drive adoption, reduce risk and provide proactive support for long-term customer success and relationship management.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as customer advocate during software implementation, providing support and issue resolution
  • Partner with customers to drive software adoption, providing guidance and training
  • Collaborate with internal implementation teams to share insights, identify gaps, and keep projects on track
  • Participate in customer meetings, providing updates, recommendations, and progress reporting to key stakeholders

What You'll Bring

  • Transportation industry knowledge/experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with McLeod Software (required)
