WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Implementation Manager, Application Managed Services

As an Implementation Manager,you will be responsible for leading a team of professional consultants and project managers supporting existing clients within the Application Managed Services (AMS) organization. This role centers on the successful delivery of client enhancement initiatives post-production for established client environments. This can include end-to-end management ofsuccessful client software implementation and integration projects for new and existing sites inclusive of software configuration changes, optimization efforts, and operational support activities for clients already using the platform. You will ensure contractual responsibilities, and timelines are met for complex projects of all sizes while holding our internal resources accountable. You will build strongrelationshipswith clientswhile seamlesslymaintaining and implementing WorkForce Software's suite of products,ensuring that yourclientsare set up for long-term success.

The Implementation Manager partners closely with clients to understand evolving business requirements and ensure consulting teams deliver high-quality solutions that maximize client value, adoption, and operational efficiency. This role combines client relationship management, delivery oversight, team leadership, and execution accountability. You will be responsible for establishing and managing clients' expectations, changes or gaps in delivery and mitigate issues that may interfere with project success.   • Oversee a portfolio of existing clients ensuring strong retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth.
  • Ensure timely and qualitative delivery of configuration changes, optimization initiatives, compliance updates, and operational improvements while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, aligning solutions with business goals to increase adoption and realized value.
  • Provide escalation management and resolution leadership for client delivery concerns.
  • Lead client governance discussions that proactively address risks, identify growth opportunities, and reinforce account stability.
  • Partner with Strategic Account teams on Statements of Work and change orders, ensuring accurate scoping, profitability, and margin optimization.
  • Collaborate internally by possessing an effective, diplomatic, and influential communication style to achieve support while implementing positive and successful change initiatives.
  • Build a high-performing, engaged team culture through coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Monitor and manage billable utilization, labor mix, and delivery costs to protect and improve margins while meeting contractual commitments.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • 8+ years of people management, strong business acumen and experience working with external clients
  • 8+ years of people management experience and project management orientation with enterprise software implementations
  • Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management preferred
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 25% with the potential for international travel.
  • Associates that live near an ADP or WorkForce Software office would have a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
