Overview

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in telecommunications, contact center technologies, to lead large-scale technology initiatives. This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project budgets, and ensuring successful client outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) deployments, UC (Unified Communications) initiatives, and telecommunications migrations from legacy phone systems to modern cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple telecommunications and contact center projects from initiation through completion.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience.
  • 3+ years of client-facing consulting experience.
  • 3+ years of healthcare industry experience, including project management, change management, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience managing project budgets and financial tracking.
  • Experience developing and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and Statements of Work.
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms.
  • Experience leading migrations from legacy or analog phone systems to cloud-based Unified Communications solutions.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, contact center operations, and voice technologies.
  • Experience working with healthcare operations, healthcare applications, and IT infrastructure.
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
