Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager who combines strong project leadership with a deep understanding of business applications and software development processes. This individual will manage the full lifecycle of internal application projects, translate complex business requirements into actionable technical plans, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with exceptional communication skills, strong technical acumen, and a proven ability to deliver results in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple enterprise application and IT projects from planning through deployment.

  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.

  • Coordinate testing, issue resolution, change management, and go-live activities.

  • Provide project status updates and executive-level reporting.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and application adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.

  • 7+ years of IT Project Management experience leading complex technology initiatives.

  • 5+ years using Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.

  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and change management.

  • Experience managing enterprise applications such as Workday, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.

  • Proven stakeholder management, risk management, and executive communication skills.

  • PMP certification preferred.
