Job description

We are looking for a highly organized senior project manager to oversee the successful execution of projects. The senior project manager does this by creating planning steps, managing the budget and identifying the required resources for the project. To be successful as a senior project manager you must have excellent organizational skills. A good senior project manager is able to manage all aspects of the project simultaneously.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Create a planning schedule.
  • Ensure that team members complete tasks according to the schedule.
  • Manage network of sub contractors
  • Ensure project profitability

Qualifications:

  • At least 5-10 years of (EXTERIOR) Hardscape Project Management experience, Specifically with hardscape (concrete flatwork, walls, masonry, pavers, specialty finishes) and experience on Commercial, Class A projects.
  • MUST have been directly responsible for managing multiple projects of 500k - 1 mil each, and ideally over 5 million In aggregate annually. Landscape and irrigation is a plus.
  • Must have experience with a large subcontractor base, issuing subcontracts, managing budgets and schedules, and comfortable whether in client meetings or onsite field communication.
  • Ideally experienced with Procore, Autodesk cloud, or other similar software and ideally for General contractors in the Metro Atlanta area.
