At Euna Solutions, were looking for a client-focused Implementation Manager to join our team and help public sector organizations successfully adoptEuna Budget, our powerful budgeting software. Youll lead implementation projects, analyze client needs, and guide them through process improvements that make a real difference.


Our most successful Implementation Managers (IMs) come from diverse professional backgrounds, but they share a few key traits: adaptability, technical fluency, strong data skills, and professionalism in working with clients. While experience in public sector budgeting or systems implementation is a strong asset, what matters most is your ability to learn, lead, and deliver.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple client implementations from kickoff to go-live
  • Analyze existing budgeting processes and recommend improvements
  • Migrate and load data using our Excel-based interface
  • Manage timelines, track progress, and resolve issues
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure client success
  • Become a product expert and trusted advisor to clients


Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of experience in one or more aspects of software application delivery (systems implementation, project management, analysis, QA, training, etc.)
  • Strong Excel and data skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent organization and time management
  • Self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight
  • Comfortable working in client-facing roles


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Public sector or budgeting experience (municipal, healthcare, education)
  • Knowledge of forecasting, grant accounting, or financial planning tools
