• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the psychosocial needs of clients receiving hospice care.

• Provide psychotherapy and emotional support to patients and families coping with the complexities of end-of-life issues, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Your primary focus will be on clients affected by chronic and terminal illnesses within a hospice setting. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Virginia.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience, specifically in hospice, palliative, or substance abuse therapy, is essential.
• Strong ability to utilize solution-focused and evidence-based interventions.
