Job Summary

At Advanced Rehabilitation Center of Tustin, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional medical and nursing care in a warm and home-like environment. As a Social Services Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive comprehensive support and services that cater to their medical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Social Services Director to lead our social services team in providing individualized care and support to our residents. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social services programs, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social services programs that promote resident well-being, independence, and quality of life
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify resident needs and develop comprehensive care plans
