Are you a Social Services Assistant seeking an exciting new career opportunity? Look no further! Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking rockstars to join our team! If you are dedicated and compassionate, WE WANT YOU!

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Social Services Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Social Service Coordinator and Social Workers in providing medically related social services so that each resident may attain or maintain the highest practicable level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. You will also promote a climate, policies, and routines that enable residents to maximize their individuality, independence, and dignity.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Social Service Certificate, or 36-Hour Social Service Designee Certificate, preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience of supervised social service experience in a health care setting working primarily with the geriatric population required
  • Minimum of two years of prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
