Pikes Peak Acute is Hiring a Social Services Assistant!

Shift: Full-time

At Pikes Peak Post Acute, we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.

What to expect:

As a Social Services Assistant you assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing our facility's social service programs under the direction of the Social Services Director.

Successful candidates:

Prior health-care experience preferred

Experience in a post acute or skilled nursing facility preferred

Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
