Job description

Our landscapes are immaculate. From Louisburg to Liberty, Lee’s Summit to Lenexa, you’ll be in charge of ensuring each property meets our high standards for excellence and attention to detail. To be successful in this position, you will need to:

  • Maintain a good driving record
  • Safely operate various types of equipment: Mowers, string trimmers, and blowers
  • Manage a crew of 2-3 other team members and communicate effectively with your crew, the client, and the management team
  • Maintain lawns, including:  Mowing, trimming, blowing, and leaf removal
  • Commit to maintaining reliable attendance with good transportation
  • Work on designated Saturdays

  • 1.5x pay for snow removal hours
