Why Choose Henley & Partners?

...but that's enough about us, let's talk about you!
As a Private Client Advisor, you will be a brand ambassador for Henley & Partners and a key driver of new business growth. This is a proactive, relationship-driven sales role focused on acquiring high-net-worth clients through direct business development, networking, and strategic referral partnerships.
You will build and manage your own pipeline by developing relationships with intermediaries, professional advisors, family offices, private banks, wealth managers, and other centres of influence, while also identifying direct client opportunities.
Success requires a commercial mindset, entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and a passion for building relationships. Technical knowledge of residence and citizenship planning can be taught; what matters most is your ability to create opportunities, win new business, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, events, and other business development activities.
  • Develop and convert a pipeline of high-net-worth clients for residence and citizenship planning services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediary partners, professional advisors, family offices, private banks, wealth managers, lawyers, tax advisors, and other referral sources.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through consultation, proposal, and conversion.
  • Conduct consultative client meetings, understand client objectives, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and maintain consistent follow-up throughout often complex sales processes.
  • Meet or exceed agreed sales, pipeline, and revenue targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Collaborate with internal Relationship Managers and operational teams across the globe to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships, identifying referral and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Represent Henley & Partners with professionalism, discretion, and integrity while staying informed on market developments and relevant programs.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven individual with a strong hunter mentality and a proven ability to build relationships and generate new business.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with strong self-motivation and accountability.
  • Proven ability to generate opportunities through networking, referrals, and business development.
  • Resilience, persistence, and confidence in managing long sales cycles.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Credibility and discretion when working with high-net-worth individuals and senior professional advisors.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to learn complex products quickly.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, consultative sales, client acquisition, or a similar revenue-generating role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business/leads and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients, private banks, wealth managers, family offices, professional services, luxury sectors, or similar relationship-led industries is advantageous.
  • Experience in residence or citizenship planning is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided.
  • CRM proficiency, strong business software skills, multilingual capabilities, and local market knowledge are advantageous.

What we offer:
  • Base salary up to USD 90-100K per year;
  • Performance-based commission structure;
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance;
  • 401K retirement match up to 4%;
  • 20 days of PTO;
  • Hybrid setting;
  • Career advancement opportunities.

Join our team and be part of an organization that values innovation, fosters collaboration, and believes in the potential of its employees. We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a dynamic work environment that encourages growth and personal development.
