Here are some of the duties:• Prepare Tax Provisions for US and international entities in accordance with ASC 740 • Performed quarterly REIT asset and income tests to ensure accordance with federal regulations of the parent company’s REIT status • Responsible for 25+ entities’ tax compliance; calculated and processed any required filings while maintaining an accurate system of payments and communications with state and federal governments • Executed forecast, budget, E&P, and tax return depreciation calculations for entities with upwards of $400m in total fixed assets each • Managed quarterly and annual reporting to the Bureau of Economic Affairs for the company’s foreign entities• Performed quarterly REIT asset and income tests to ensure accordance with federal regulations of the parent company’s REIT status.
