Here are some of the duties:โ€ข Prepare Tax Provisions for US and international entities in accordance with ASC 740 โ€ข Performed quarterly REIT asset and income tests to ensure accordance with federal regulations of the parent companyโ€™s REIT status โ€ข Responsible for 25+ entitiesโ€™ tax compliance; calculated and processed any required filings while maintaining an accurate system of payments and communications with state and federal governments โ€ข Executed forecast, budget, E&P, and tax return depreciation calculations for entities with upwards of $400m in total fixed assets each โ€ข Managed quarterly and annual reporting to the Bureau of Economic Affairs for the companyโ€™s foreign entitiesโ€ข Performed quarterly REIT asset and income tests to ensure accordance with federal regulations of the parent companyโ€™s REIT status.
