Position Summaryย 

Kaseya is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio ofย SMB accountsย focusing on supporting customers that have strong growth potential.ย In this role, you'll be responsible forย re-engaging, expanding and maximizing value within existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, strengthening relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth through proactive account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Ownership & Expansion: Take full ownership of a portfolio of SMB accounts, proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Kaseya's product suite to unlock new revenue.
  • Customer Re-Engagement & Relationship Building:ย Reignite and build strong relationships with existing customers-especially those with low engagement, connecting with key decision-makers and aligning solutions to their evolving needs.
  • Commercial Growth Strategy: Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular outreach, check-ins, and business reviews to uncover opportunities and drive expansion.
  • Adoption & Value Realization: Monitor product usage and adoption metrics, addressing gaps and driving increased engagement to support long-term growth and retention.
  • Revenue Ownership: Own and consistently exceed revenue targets by driving expansion within your account base, contributing to both immediate wins and long-term account growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize account potential.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management:ย Leverage Salesforce to manage your pipeline, track account activity, and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience within an account management or relationship focused sales role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales managing SMB or Mid-market clients (SaaS or technology preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong commercial mindset with a passion for account growth and expansion
  • Highly motivated, coachable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities
