Job description

Remote Outbound Appointment Setter, National Expansion100% Remote | Outbound Leads | Base Pay + Commission | Wellness Industry

Are you confident on the phone, competitive by nature and motivated by performance-based income? If so, this might be the perfect fit for you.

We are hiring driven outbound appointment setters to help fuel the nationwide expansion of one of the fastest-growing companies in the med spa and wellness event industry.

This is not a customer service role.
This is a high-performance sales opportunity.

A Bit About Us

Limitless Cryo Spa is a rapidly growing leader in the body sculpting event space. After successfully building and operating multiple spa locations of our own, we developed a proven promotional event model that helps med spas, wellness clinics, and beauty businesses generate significant new revenue in just a few days.

Today, we partner with businesses across the country to help them scale through high-converting body sculpting events - and our expansion is accelerating quickly.

Our appointment setters are a major part of that growth.

At LCS, you won't just be "making dials." You'll be on the front lines of our nationwide expansion, sparking the conversations that turn into multi-thousand-dollar deals for our partners and big commissions for you.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be cold calling spa owners and decision-makers across the U.S. to book qualified appointments for our Event Planning Team.

Your conversations directly create new partnerships, new revenue opportunities, and major commissions.

We provide:

  • proven scripts and systems
  • training and mentorship
  • CRM and sales infrastructure
  • a strong, high-converting offer
  • leadership support and accountability

Your responsibility is simple:
Start conversations, create interest, and book qualified calls

This is an open-to-goal position:
Meaning, our standard is 100 outbound dials per day and a target of 2 qualified appointments booked daily.

The timeline is flexible.
The standard is not.

Compensation
  • $1,000 USD monthly base salary
  • $100 per qualified booked call
  • $750+ commission opportunities tied to closed deals
  • performance bonuses and additional earning incentives based on A-players

Top performers in this role typically earn between $3,500-$5,000+ USD monthly, with income increasing as performance improves.

Our philosophy is simple: when we find A-players, we pay them so well they'll never want to leave.

Who Thrives Here:This role is ideal for someone who:
  • is competitive, coachable, and resilient
  • communicates confidently and professionally
  • enjoys sales psychology and persuasion
  • can handle rejection without losing momentum
  • likes measurable goals and accountability
  • bets on themselves, their skills and wants an opportunity to grow inside scaling a company
  • performs well in a fast paced environment x
Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)

Cold-call spa owners and decision-makers across the U.S.

    • Make a minimum of 100 dials per day.
    • Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
    • Provide accurate daily reporting of calls, booked appointments, and pipeline status.
    • Communicate effectively with the sales team inside Slack.
    • Show up prepared and on time for all team meetings and training sessions.
    • Keep CRM (GoHighLevel) updated with accurate data and notes.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience of at least 1+ years in sales and/or completed a paid appointment-setting program.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Persistent and results-oriented - You're hungry to win!
    • Must be able to take initiative, run with it, and be coachable.
    • Comfortable working EST hours
    • Reliable high-speed internet (WIFI) and ability to work remotely
    • Fast typing speed (50+ WPM preferred)

If you are interested in the position and have the availability and work ethic, our team is ecstatic to meet you!
