Key Responsibilities


Accounting & Financial Operations

  • Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Perform account reconciliations and monitor cash activity.
  • Assist with cash flow management and reporting.
  • Process payroll and payroll-related activities.
  • Manage customer invoicing, collections, and billing processes.
  • Support month-end accounting activities and financial record maintenance.
  • Coordinate with external accounting resources as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial reporting and tax requirements.

Team & Operational Leadership

  • Provide oversight and guidance to an administrative/customer support team.
  • Help improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with vendor management and procurement activities.
  • Support the ongoing success of day-to-day business operations.

Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping for a small to medium-sized company
  • Strong background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, payroll, and general accounting functions.
  • Prior experience leading or supervising a team is preferred.
