Controller – Small Business ($10M)

A stable, family-owned legacy business with more than 50 years of success is seeking an experienced small business Controller to support leadership during a planned succession transition.

What

The Controller will oversee the company’s accounting operations, manage financial reporting, and supervise a small team of administrative professionals.

When

This hire is being made immediately due to a planned retirement and will allow for a smooth financial leadership transition.

Where

This position is based onsite at the company’s headquarters supporting a closely connected small‑business leadership team.

The company is financially strong, generating approximately $10M in annual revenue, and is looking for a hands‑on financial leader to maintain and strengthen its stable operations.

Position Overview
