Job description

The Staff Pad has partnered with a well-known health care organization in Helena, MT and we are looking for a skilled, dedicated and compassionate Sleep Center Coordinator. As a Sleep Center Coordinator, you will play a vital leadership role in delivering exceptional sleep care services and ensuring smooth, efficient daily operations of the Sleep Center. Working closely with the Sleep Center Manager and Medical Director, this position helps create a seamless, compassionate patient experience while supporting high-quality diagnostic sleep services.

What You'll Do: Coordinate patient flow and room utilization, support patient education for home sleep studies, and perform and/or score sleep studies as needed Serve as a key problem-solver-addressing patient, provider, and operational concerns in real time to keep the department running at its best Maintain clinical equipment, support compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives Assist with staff coordination, development, and long-term planning that supports the continued growth and success of the Sleep Center-all while upholding the mission, vision, and values of the organization What We Are Looking For Education, Experience & Knowledge Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Prior experience working in a sleep lab is required Experience in a supervisory or coordinator role within a Sleep Lab or Respiratory Care department is strongly preferred Licensures & Certification Current Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification required and must be maintained Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required and must be maintained If you are a professional looking to take the next step in your sleep medicine career and make a meaningful impact on patient care, we encourage you to apply today.
