SUMMARY To ensure the company culture is maintained by greeting, engaging and interacting with customers to grow new and existing sales and loans.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet, interacts and qualifies each customer to determine their individual needs and recommends the appropriate solutions to meet that need.
  • Show the ability to meet and exceed sales/loan goals and other related quota.
  • Keeps work area clean and organized per store and OSHA standards.
  • Performs buying, selling and loan transactions.
  • Handles all cash/debit transactions and negotiable items accordance with established policies, procedures and practices.
  • Answers all incoming phone calls per company standards as well as making appropriate outgoing phone calls with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Effectively communicate pawn/loan/buys/sells company policies and legalities to customers.
  • Communicates and works with all senior staff and managers, displaying respect and professional communication.

SKILLS

  • Ability to communicate in English verbally and written.
  • Exhibited Competency in using a Windows computing environment including Word, Excel and Outlook.
