Nous sommes à la recherche d’un gestionnaire des opérations de site pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes et l’entretien de plusieurs installations. Ce poste terrain est responsable de veiller à ce que les systèmes du bâtiment fonctionnent de manière sécuritaire, efficace et conforme aux exigences contractuelles et réglementaires.

RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Exploiter, entretenir et dépanner les systèmes du bâtiment, incluant le CVCA, l’électricité, la plomberie, l’éclairage, les systèmes d’automatisation du bâtiment (SAB) et les composantes de l’enveloppe du bâtiment.
  • Planifier, exécuter et coordonner les activités d’entretien préventif et correctif, y compris les arrêts de systèmes lorsque requis.
  • Effectuer des inspections régulières des bâtiments, des salles mécaniques, des toitures, des aires communes et des systèmes de sécurité; identifier les déficiences et initier les réparations correctives.
  • Surveiller les systèmes d’automatisation du bâtiment, répondre aux alarmes et résoudre les problèmes de fonctionnement.
  • Répondre aux demandes de service via le système de GMAO / centre d’assistance dans les délais requis et maintenir des dossiers et rapports d’entretien précis.
  • Gérer les opérations quotidiennes du site, incluant la planification, la budgétisation, le suivi des coûts et les rapports d’avancement.
  • Diriger et superviser les projets de construction, de réparation et d’entretien, de la planification jusqu’à l’achèvement.
  • Assurer le leadership au niveau du site pour les projets liés aux installations, incluant la coordination de la documentation de projet, le soutien aux appels d’offres, les bons de commande, les ordres de changement et la documentation des sous‑traitants.
  • Approvisionner, coordonner et superviser les sous‑traitants et les équipes internes, incluant les consultants en ingénierie (mécanique, électrique, civil, structurel), au besoin.
  • Suivre l’avancement des travaux, gérer les ordres de changement, identifier les réclamations potentielles et prendre des mesures correctives en temps opportun.
  • S’assurer que tous les travaux respectent les exigences en matière de sécurité, SIMDUT, SST, intervention incendie et les exigences réglementaires applicables.
  • Préparer la correspondance, les rapports et la documentation sommaire à l’intention des clients et des représentants contractuels.

PURPOSE:

We are seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of multiple facilities. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring building systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements..

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, BAS, and building envelope components.
  • Plan, perform, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including system shutdowns as required.
  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings, mechanical rooms, rooftops, common areas, and security systems; identify deficiencies and initiate corrective repairs.
  • Monitor Building Automation Systems, respond to alarms, and resolve system issues.
  • Respond to service requests through CMMS/Help Desk within required timelines and maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
  • Manage day-to-day site operations including scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and progress reporting.
  • Direct and oversee construction, repair, and maintenance projects from planning through completion.
  • Provide site-level leadership for facility-related projects, including coordination of project documentation, tendering support, purchase orders, change orders, and subcontractor documentation.
  • Procure, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors and internal teams, including engineering consultants (mechanical, electrical, civil, structural) as required.
  • Monitor job progress, manage change orders, identify potential claims, and take timely corrective action.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety, WHMIS, OH&S, fire response, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and summary documentation for clients and Contract Representatives.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BESO I ou II, SMT, ingénieur de centrale de quatrième classe (certifié en Nouvelle‑Écosse) ou qualification équivalente.
  • Licence en CVCA et réfrigération (HRAI, ODP), selon les exigences applicables.
  • Expérience en exploitation d’immeubles commerciaux ou institutionnels.
  • Solide connaissance des systèmes CVCA, électriques, mécaniques et des systèmes d’automatisation du bâtiment (SAB).
  • Capacité d’obtenir l’habilitation de sécurité requise (citoyenneté canadienne exigée).
  • Minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience requises.

Qualifications

  • BESO I or 11, SMT, Fourth Class Power Engineer (NS certified), or equivalent.
  • HVACR and refrigeration licensing (HRAI, ODP) as applicable.
  • Experience in commercial or institutional building operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and BAS systems.
  • Ability to obtain required security clearance (Canadian citizenship required).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience required
