Leveraging customer analytics, market research, and category strategies, the team collaborates across functions to optimize site navigation and product displays. They focus on data-driven decisions, effective communication, and strategic planning to drive customer engagement and business growth. This team values accountability, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver impactful merchandising solutions aligned with organizational goals.
What you'll do:
  • Build and optimize site merchandising for assigned departments by designing traffic plans, product layouts, and featured displays.
  • Drive customer engagement through search result strategies and collaboration with marketing partners.
  • Analyze customer behavior and market data to recommend site improvements and category strategies.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.
