Site Merchandising Manager

Weezie

Atlanta, GA • On-site

$47K - $58K/yr

Full-time

Job description

Weezie makes towels and robes worth celebrating, turning everyday bath and home essentials into products customers love to gift, monogram, and return to. In just a few years we've grown from a direct-to-consumer newcomer into one of the most beloved names in luxury home, and our website is both how most customers meet the brand and the engine behind our growth.
We're looking for a Site Merchandising Manager to own how that storefront performs. This is a strategic role with a strong execution engine beneath it: you'll set the optimization agenda for the site, then run a high volume of launches, flips, and promotions through a team of two, holding the bar on quality and speed. You're joining at a pivotal moment, with the launch of our B2B storefront, AI-driven personalization, and a full 2027 site rebuild all ahead of you.
Reporting to the Director of Digital Product, you'll partner across Brand, Merchandising, Creative, and Operations to bring campaigns and product launches to life on our Shopify Plus site, and you'll lead and develop two Site Merchandising Coordinators.
What You'll Do:
Site Performance, Testing & Optimization (45%)
  • Own weekly site performance analysis across all key page types, turning opportunities into tests and driving them through to implementation.
  • Own the A/B testing and personalization roadmap end to end: prioritize, execute, analyze, and implement the wins.
  • Drive product discoverability through navigation, search merchandising, collection strategy, filters, and recommendations.
  • Own post-mortems for major campaigns and launches, translating learnings into the forward roadmap.
Site Merchandising & Operations (40%)
  • Own the day-to-day storefront, keeping merchandising, content, navigation, and promotional messaging accurate and optimized, delivered through your coordinator team.
  • Own the B2B storefront end to end, from launch through ongoing merchandising and optimization.
  • Lead weekly to bi-weekly site flips, launches, and merchandising updates from planning through go-live.
  • Serve as the final QA checkpoint. Nothing publishes without your sign-off.
  • Optimize QA processes and playbooks to improve launch quality and speed.
Team Leadership (15%)
  • Manage, coach, and develop two Site Merchandising Coordinators, prioritizing their work across launches, optimization, and operations.
  • Build accountability around reporting, merchandising quality, and QA, developing your team into stronger, more autonomous executors.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-first thinking.
KPIs
  • DTC KPIs:
    • PLP CVR
    • Search CVR
    • Zero Search Results
  • Launch Accuracy
  • B2B KPIs:
    • CVR
Who You Are
  • 5-7 years in ecommerce, site merchandising, or digital product, preferably DTC or retail.
  • Shopify Plus (or similar) and familiarity with SEO; GEO a plus.
  • A strategic owner first: you find the opportunity, build the plan, and drive it to a result.
  • Analytical and hypothesis-driven, comfortable using analysis to turn site data into action.
  • Experience managing and developing a team.
  • Experience with A/B testing, site optimization, and merchandising best practices.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and customer experience.
  • A high quality bar, and the ability to hold your team to it in a fast-paced environment.
Why You'll Love Weezie
  • A brand customers adore, growing fast, with the ambition to become a household name.
  • Real ownership on an entrepreneurial team that works hard and knows how to #enjoythestay.
  • Hybrid schedule: in our Westside Provisions District office Tuesday to Thursday, with periodic visits to our Austell fulfillment center.
  • Unlimited PTO, remote work during July 4th week, and an office closure the week after Christmas.
  • Summer Fridays with a 1 pm close.
  • Anniversary gifts include a $3,000 travel credit at 3 years and a 5-week paid sabbatical at 5 years.
  • Medical, dental, and vision, plus a 401(k) with match.
  • Paid parental leave
  • Generous Weezie product gift and discount for you, friends, and family.
