Job description

Job Description
The Site Merchandising Coordinator supports the website merchandising team. The site merchandising team is responsible for improving the customer experience and driving conversion and sales on the website through enhancing product information on the website and product marketing on the website.
The Site Merchandising Coordinator partners with site merchandising and marketing operations teams to execute product presentation strategies.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Helps manage the presentation of the online assortment, including product information, category information and website merchandising to influence sales and conversion, while balancing marketing initiatives and brand focus
  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of product and content updates with thorough testing
  • Implements and QA weekly site refreshes and collection launches
  • Assists in product presentation and customer experience enhancements to ensure the best-in-class experience across all devices
  • Partners w/Digital Search Team to positively impact conversion and sales through search results
  • Stays current with Ecommerce, Market & Industry Trends
  • Performs all other assigned duties

Core Competencies & Accomplishments
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
