Fabletics is currently looking for a Site Merchandising Manager.
How do you fit in?
We're looking for a strategic, analytically minded Site Merchandising Manager to lead the online shopping experience from strategy through execution. In this role, you will own site merchandising, product presentation, and performance optimization - driving measurable impact on engagement, conversion, and revenue. You bring deep ecommerce expertise, a sharp eye for the customer journey, and the ability to move fluidly between data and creative execution. You thrive cross-functionally, operate with a high degree of ownership, and are energized by building the systems and processes that make great digital experiences scalable.
This role reports into the Director, E-Commerce.
What you will do:
  • Own end-to-end site merchandising strategy and execution, ensuring products are effectively presented to maximize engagement and sales
  • Plan and execute site updates, including product launches, seasonal collaborations, and promotional events providing occasional early-morning or late-night support during major launches, site updates, or time-sensitive business needs
  • Own collecting findings for monthly business review, synthesizing performance data, on-site insights, and cross-functional input (particularly with Ecommerce Operations) into a clear, cohesive narrative for department leadership
  • Leverage performance data, including A/B testing and customer behavior insights to optimize product placement, navigation, and on-site discovery
  • Utilize AI as a core component of analytical work, including hypothesis generation, exploratory analysis, pattern detection, insight synthesis, and narrative development
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Creative, and PC teams to drive the consumer journey while aligning with marketing priorities and inventory
  • Build scalable processes around site deliverables, including calendar management and launch readiness standards
  • Optimize and streamline product detail pages (PDPs) with compelling, conversion-focused content that is proven to perform
  • Monitor and analyze site performance (conversion, AOV, revenue, engagement) and deliver regular actionable recommendations
  • Oversee visual asset production and delivery, ensuring timely execution of high-quality creative
  • Develop process for digital asset organization and merchandising workflows to support operational efficiency and speed to market

What you can bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7+ years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, or digital merchandising
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Heap Analytics, Constructor.io)
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows to drive efficiency and reduce manual lift
  • Experience defining KPI frameworks and resolving cross-functional metric misalignment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all traffic acquisition channels and their downstream impact on site behavior
  • Deep understanding of customer experience, on-site merchandising, and conversion best practices
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies that drive measurable results Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $90,000-$95,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
