The Role
The Merchandising Operations Analyst will support the execution and optimization of merchandising processes at FreshDirect. The goal for the Merchandising Operations team is to ensure systems, workflows, and data processes are accurate, efficient, and scalable. You'll work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Operations, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Technology teams - contributing to real projects that have direct impact on how we operate.
What You'll Do
• Support execution of merchandising operational processes and initiatives.
• Document workflows, SOPs, and operational findings to support ongoing team initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on active projects, gaining exposure to how merchandising, operations, and tech intersect.
• Monitor operational reporting and flag issues as they arise.
• Assist with implementation and testing of new systems and tools.
• Partner with the Merchandising Operations Manager to identify process gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
What You'll Bring
• 2+ years of experience in merchandising operations, retail analytics, operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and process orientation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
