I would like to share an exciting opportunity that matches strong experience in merchandising domain and process transformation.
Location : Boston area, MA. ( at least for first 3 months , then can be remote in US - since needs to navigate business teams.)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned merchandising professional with deep expertise in Merch Planning, Pricing, and Retail Operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to work closely with various merchandising business teams to understand and document the current end-to-end processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct current state process mapping across merch planning, pricing, and operations
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
  • Recommend improvements and standardization initiatives
  • Evaluate work that can be transitioned to a Global Talent Hub / shared services model

This is a business-facing role requiring strong domain knowledge in merchandising along with experience in process improvement or transformation initiatives. It is not a technical development role.
