Position Summary...The Director of Kids OMNI Footwear at Walmart leads the strategic vision, merchandising, and growth of the kids’ footwear business across both in-store and digital channels, ensuring a seamless omni-channel customer experience. This role drives assortment strategy, vendor partnerships, financial performance, and trend-forward product innovation while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver profitable growth and meet the evolving needs of Walmart families.What you'll do...
  • Lead Total Omni-Channel Business Strategy — Own the end-to-end performance of the Kids Footwear business across both stores and eCommerce, supporting the Boys and Girls Merchants in developing category strategies that drive sales growth, profitability, market share, and a seamless customer experience across all channels.
  • Drive Assortment, Brand, and Vendor Strategy — Partner closely with the Boys and Girls Merchants to build compelling, trend-right assortments through customer insights, market analysis, and strategic vendor partnerships, while aligning with the Sr. Merchant for Digital to ensure a cohesive omni-channel approach.
  • Champion Cross-Functional Execution and Operational Excellence — Lead collaboration across merchandising, digital, planning, replenishment, marketing, and store operations teams to execute omni-channel initiatives, optimize inventory flow, and deliver consistent execution and customer experiences both online and in-store.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
