We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk with experience in Shipping & Receiving to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data, processing invoices, managing emails, and supporting daily warehouse and administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in company systems
  • Process shipping and receiving documentation
  • Verify and file invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders
  • Communicate with vendors, carriers, and customers via email and phone
  • Track shipments and update inventory records
  • Assist with warehouse administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company information

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry, shipping & receiving, or warehouse administration
  • Experience handling invoices and email correspondence
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data management systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
