The Shipping & Receiving Specialist I plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods within the supply chain. This position is responsible for managing the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming shipments, as well as preparing and processing outgoing shipments in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The specialist will collaborate closely with warehouse, inventory, and logistics teams to maintain accurate records and support inventory control. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to prevent errors and delays that could impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Ultimately, this role contributes to the seamless flow of materials that supports overall business operations and customer commitments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred but not required).
