Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Shipping Associate to join our team. This position focuses on product assembly, packaging, shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and general warehouse support. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

No prior warehouse experience is required. We provide on-the-job training for all duties ***


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform light product assembly, packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Apply product tags, stickers, labels, and packaging materials.
  • Assemble gift sets and packaged products according to company standards.
  • Receive, count, sort, and organize incoming merchandise.
  • Stock shelves and maintain organized warehouse and storage areas.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.
  • Verify order accuracy before shipment.
  • Assist with inventory counts and inventory organization.
  • Prepare basic invoices, shipping documents, and data entry as assigned.
  • Use QuickBooks and email for simple order-related tasks after training.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow company safety procedures and promptly report any work-related injury, pain, or safety concern to management.
  • Assist with other warehouse or office-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to safely lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills are helpful but not required.
  • Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, assembly, inventory, or office experience is a plus but not required.
