H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Junior SharePoint Administrator. This position will be supporting on the Sharepoint Online (SPO) team within the AI/Data Analytics & Visualization ART.

The Junior SharePoint Administrator responsibilities will include:

  • Supports the administration, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of the organization's SharePoint Online environment.
  • Works under the guidance of senior SharePoint administrators and assists with site provisioning, permissions management, troubleshooting, customer support, documentation, and platform maintenance.
  • Communicate with customers, clients, and users of various cloud-based and on-prem systems to enable a productive work experience.
  • Support the administration and maintenance of SharePoint Onlinesite collections.
  • Candidate will be responsible for work in all aspects of configuring, deployment, management, and support of the SharePoint Online and Power Platform areas of M365.
  • Provide configuration recommendations to the government for setting up the environment to meet multiple sets of requirements to have the greatest and most secure set of capabilities.
  • SharePoint Online support may require supporting and assisting with the migration of data to SharePoint
  • Participate in testing SharePoint changes, updates, new functionality, and administrative processes before implementation.
  • Participate in customer meetings, training sessions, and SharePoint support activities.
  • Follow established governance, security, records management, and information management requirements.
  • Operate in an Agile environment that changes rapidly to meet the most immediate needs of the Navy.
  • Extract metrics and reporting through various methods using Power BI to produce executive-level reports on the consumption and usage of services.
  • Document actions and successes to show constant progress towards meeting goals.
  • Build executive briefs to rapidly explain technical progress and potential issues to a broad audience with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Coordinate with customer's stakeholders to schedule meetings and appointments with the customer.
  • Ability to communicate complex business information to technical audiences and complex technical information to business audiences.
  • Support/troubleshoot issues with SharePoint Online and the Power Platform from on various networks within a secure computing environment with limited tool and capabilities.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Experience building sites and using webparts to create visually appealing pages for user consumption
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic Knowledge in Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and knowledge of configuring SharePoint Online to securely support such content.
  • Minimum Secret clearance required.
