Payroll Specialist, US and International Payroll
About the Role
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for coordinating payroll activities across US and International Payroll subsidiaries and branches of the Veeam Group. Reporting to the Global Payroll Director and sitting within the Finance department, this role operates as part of a collaborative team focused on accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. You will work closely with local payroll service providers, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth payroll operations across multiple regions and regulatory environments. This is a detail-oriented, process-driven role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, thrives in a fast-paced international setting, and is committed to continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate payroll processing for the US and International regions in collaboration with the Global Payroll Director, including preparing and submitting monthly payroll input files
  • Liaise with local payroll service providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll information flow, reviewing calculations and resolving payroll queries
  • Monitor tax and social security liabilities across supported regions and ensure compliance with local laws and company policies
  • Collaborate with HR to address and resolve employee payroll inquiries promptly and comprehensively
  • Review and authorize payroll-related bank transactions, including approving payments in online banking systems
  • Support external annual audits by providing documentation and clarification on payroll-related matters
  • Participate in payroll process improvement and enhancement projects as assigned

Compensation Transparency
Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
