Club Description: Shadow Wood Country Club, a Private Member Owned Golf Club in Estero, Florida located in the heart of Southwest Florida between Naples and Fort Myers recently completed a magnificent club renovation and is currently preparing for our 2026-2027 season. We are a club where people are proud to belong, both members as well as our staff. Shadow Wood Country Club offers three distinct golf courses that are designated as Audubon International Cooperative Sanctuaries, two full amenity clubhouses, a world class tennis complex, with a full schedule of dining and social activities. The Shadow Wood development has been recognized as one of the premiere club expansions in Southwest Florida. Position Description Summary: Responsible for the timely delivery of food and beverages to members by presenting menus, answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and service, writing orders, effectively and quickly entering orders into the Point of Sale System. Ensure that chits are presented correctly and in a timely manner to members and guests. This is a full time position and will include benefits, including, but not limited to medical insurance and paid time off.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

v Accountable for assigned opening and closing job duties as well as completion of daily tasks assigned including the set-up and breakdown of all rooms necessary for service i.e. cleaning, organizing, and detailing of dining rooms and stations.

v Requires individual to be extremely courteous, cordial and polite to the members, guest, and co-workers.

v Promptly greets guests as they are seated and bring bread, butter and water to table.

v Removed used tableware between courses and bus to the kitchen.

v Clear tables after guests finished. Take tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.

v Promptly clean table tops and chairs between seating. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletops.

v Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest request to MOD or BOD as needed.

v Must provide uniform separates as needed, including non-slip, closed toe, black shoes, black socks, black pants, and belt. Other uniform separates may be required and will be the responsibility of the employee. On some occasions employee may need to perform other job duties that may require non-visible to the members and guests, employee must be neat and have well-kept appearance (uniforms must be worn correctly).

v Position requires the individual to maintain flexible availability, will work weekends, double shifts, and holidays.

Education, Experience, Knowledge:

v Prior country club experience preferred

v Must be able to effectively and quickly enter orders into the NorthStar Point of Sales System.

v Must possess good written and excellent oral communications skills to interact with members, guests, and employees.

v Should have basic understanding of food and beverage and culinary service.

Physical Demands:

v Must be able spend long period of time on their feet, walking, standing, stooping, and lifting, carrying food trays, tables, chairs, and furniture up to 50 pounds.

v Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
