Job description

Shadow Mountain Community Church is seeking a Men's Ministry Administrative Assistant to join our team in supporting the mission and daily operations of our ministries. This is a part-time, year-round position offering a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently implement and maintain database resources
  • Provide administrative support to ministry staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
  • Maintain organized records, databases, and systems
  • Prepare reports, manage communication channels, and ensure efficient office operations
  • Coordinate meetings and provide support for ministry-related activities

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to master other digital tools and resources
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Must be a committed, active member of Shadow Mountain Community Church
